Services

All code, designs, and deliverables produced during an engagement are transferred to the client upon completion and final payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Confidentiality

All engagements are covered by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We treat all client information, business strategies, and project details as strictly confidential.

Limitation of Liability

Zertyn Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the total amount paid under the applicable project agreement.
